BP Claims News by Bill Bohack
BP Claims begin to get Paid
The good news is we are seeing a steady stream of claims begin to get paid this week.
The bad news is, claims calculations and the adoption of rule 495 seem to leave many processors and cpa`s scratching their heads.
We have been told by people inside of the BP Settlement that it took longer then expected because all of the claims had to be recalculated for 495.
BP Claims Appeals are looming.
Lot`s of appeals. If you need to speak to a bp claims appeal attorney please fill out the form to the right.
BP and the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court meets on BP Today?
Supposedly there is a very quiet meeting between the Supreme Court Justices today.
The issue at hand is whether or not they will hear BP`s case. Some suggest the only reason they would hear it is to put a halt to BP`s frivolous appeals agenda. Delay, Deny and Defend, BP we ALL fully understand your agenda.
At this point in time, it still is what it is, an ever changing playing field that is lately tilting in BP`s favor. I know some people on Gravier Street in New Orleans are doing their best, and hopefully this a trickle of the claims we are seeing get paid becomes a deluge but only time will tell.
We have spoken to several processors in the last 24 hours and they have all experienced a spike in claims getting paid.
Let`s hope that continues.
we would like to thank the fine people at Crestview Motors for their continued support.

A 5 Million Dollar Fund is being Set Up for Women being Discriminated against by BP
If you are a woman and attempted to get hired by BP for the VOO program or to work on the Beach Clean Up and did not get a job, there is a good chance you may qualify to receive some money from this new fund. The Groups that we work with want to hear from you. This is a separate fund from the BP Settlement.
The BP Settlement: VOO Cases seem to be getting Paid first
Over the last few days the BP Settlement Fund under the Court Supervised Program has begun making offers to claimants. It seems as though the VOO cases are being paid first. From what we have heard VOO claims are getting paid because they are less substantial then many other claims. There were over 7000 Boats involved with the VOO program. If you were involved with the VOO program we can assist you in getting the money you deserve from BP.

How We Work and How we got into This
This all started when we launched our first website that assisted people getting Help from Catholic Charities. Then a number of beach workers started going to the sites and asking for help. People were actually dying.
We met with some Attorneys and other Activists and became actively engaged in getting people the help they needed and increasing the awareness of the situation. As time went by the Attorneys told us to follow the BP Claims process.
We then launched BPClaims.org. Under Feinberg the BP Claims process was awful, people were basically preyed upon with Quick Pays, and there was no congruency with the GCCF system. That leads us to today, we are hoping that the new DeepWater Horizon Settlement Fund actually lives up to the billing and pays people. The Good News is we are seeing some movement in that direction.
We have a fantastic staff here at BPClaims.org that specializes in putting together BP Claims. We are one of the best groups in the business of assembling BP Claims. If we feel we need to send the Claim over to another group we will notify the Claimant.
Some Claims need the help of an Attorney that specializes in that particular type of claim, while other claims maybe so complex that they maybe better served with one of our top tier CPA firms. The idea here is to get your claim into the best possible hands, so you can get what you deserve from BP. It has been a highly successful strategy.
We are not bound to one particular Law Firm, CPA group, or Claims Adjuster. We help assemble your claim and the get it into the Best possible hands.

A recent order coming from Judge Barbier has ordered us to post Disclaimers stating that: This is not the Official Court Authorized Website. Go to www.deepwaterhorizonsettlements.com to make a claim directly with the Court Authorized Program. We have been talking and working with Pat Juneau`s office for the last week on this issue.
We put up a disclaimer on DeepwaterHorizonSettlementClaims.com as soon as the issue came to light. That evidently was not good enough for them or the Judge. So in the next day or so we will be putting their disclaimer on all of our websites.
It was never intention to be mistaken for the their website, if you read our websites and many do on a regular basis, the idea that we are trying to mislead people into thinking we are their website is preposterous. Just read the websites, there is no way that people can mistake us for them.
We have taken the strongest stands for people that have been hurt by BP, the GCCF, some Attorneys, and have been vocal and I mean very vocal about what is really happening to all of us on an economic, environmental, and medical level. We will continue to fight for businesses, individuals and the environment.
We know the groups that are getting the job done for the people, often they are not Law Firms, but Claims Adjusters and Accountants. We have built a network from Key West to Houston and forward claims to the best group that handles that particular claim. Their are some Attorneys out there that are not very fond of us, but what do you expect when our CPA`s or Claims Adjusters are charging 15% to what was once their 33.3%, until Judge Barbier had to order them to only charge 25%.
That being said we are fond of some Attorneys that are getting the job done, and know how to process claims. If you want to reach them just go to DeepWaterHorizonSettlement Claims.com and they will get right back to you. If you want to work with our chosen Team of Claims Adjusters and CPA`s just fill out the form to the right, and we will be happy to help you.
